We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Engineer to build the next generation of AI-powered recruitment solutions—integrating with external ATS systems and delivering fast, accurate, and reliable AI features used by recruiters daily.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain GenAI-powered CV–JD matching systems, including candidate scoring, ranking, summarization, and explainable outputs for recruiters
• Design, implement, and optimize RAG pipelines using PostgreSQL + pgvector to enable high-precision semantic search across CVs, job descriptions, and skills data
• Develop backend services and APIs (Python and/or Node.js) for LLM inference, scoring logic, orchestration, and access control
• Integrate with ATS platforms (e.g., Manatal) using REST APIs, webhooks, and structured data synchronization workflows
• Implement automation workflows (Make, Zapier, or similar) to ingest data, trigger scoring, manage retries, and ensure system reliability
• Build or collaborate on React / Next.js front-end components, including dashboards, scoring views, and recruiter-facing tools
• Implement guardrails and validation mechanisms to ensure grounded, consistent, and non-hallucinatory AI outputs
• Containerize, deploy, and operate GenAI services using Docker, cloud-native infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines
• Define and maintain evaluation datasets and metrics to continuously improve accuracy, latency, and overall system performance
• Work closely with recruiters, product, and engineering teams to translate real-world hiring workflows into scalable AI features

What You Bring

Must-have:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, AI or Software Engineering with CGPA > 3.5
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience building GenAI or RAG-based systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Python for building GenAI services, APIs, and orchestration logic
• Proven experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines (chunking, embedding, retrieval, grounding, reranking)
• Hands-on use of PostgreSQL with pgvector for vector storage, similarity search, and metadata filtering
• Experience with GenAI frameworks and APIs such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face
• Experience integrating third-party systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and secure data pipelines (e.g., ATS systems)
• Working knowledge of React / Next.js to integrate backend APIs and build recruiter-facing screens
• Experience implementing guardrails to reduce hallucinations (grounded responses, validation checks, refusal handling)
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: Git, testing, logging, error handling, and observability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into reliable AI features

Nice-to-have:

• Prior experience with ATS platforms such as Manatal, Workday, or Greenhouse
• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks, benchmark datasets, and prompt/version performance tracking
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n
• Exposure to reranking techniques, hybrid search (keyword + vector), or skill ontology design
• Experience containerizing and deploying applications using Docker with basic CI/CD workflows
• Understanding of security best practices for AI systems (RBAC, data isolation, prompt injection mitigation)
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications with role-based access control
